Chief Executive Officer — Mark Palomba

Mark Palomba joined Critical Path in May 2004 and became CEO in June 2007. Prior to becoming CEO, Mark served as the company's EVP of Worldwide Sales and Field Operations. Mark has been instrumental in the growth of Critical Path's consumer messaging business. He has also successfully established and expanded the company's sales and field marketing organization, effectively led professional services and field operations, and has driven significant business development throughout the world.

Mark Palomba has more than 23 years of experience in the high-tech industry. Prior to Critical Path, Mark served as Senior Vice President, Global Operations, at Vastera, Inc., where he led a successful managed services organization that drove more than 65% of the company's annual revenue. Previously, he led a profitable $100 Million consulting services unit at the Baan Company as Senior Vice President of Consulting for the Americas. In addition, Mark spent 16 years at IBM in various sales and marketing positions.

Mark holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Computer Science - both from Union College in New York.

Chief Technology Officer — Donald Dew

Donald Dew joined Critical Path in March 2000 and currently serves as Chief Technology Officer. As CTO, he is responsible for technology research, development and strategy. During his tenure with Critical Path, Don has served in leadership roles within the company's Engineering team, office of the CTO, and as Vice President, Product Management.

Don has more than 18 years of experience in software and technology management.

Prior to Critical Path, he served as EVP Technology at DocSpace, a company later acquired by Critical Path that specialized in the development of secure messaging solutions. Before DocSpace, Don spent 12 years in the financial services industry, during which time he served in senior technology roles, including Vice President of Technology for the Corporate & Institutional Client Group at Merrill Lynch (Canada).

Don holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science (Engineering) and an MBA in Finance and Technology from the University of British Columbia.

EVP Engineering — Barry Twohig

As Executive Vice President, Engineering, Barry Twohig leads Critical Path's product development and new technology integration. Barry has served as the Vice President, Messaging, since November 2000. In this role, he managed the worldwide Critical Path messaging engineering organization including development and release of Critical Path's Personal Address Book, Calendar, Mail Server and Notification Products, and led the department during the development of Critical Path's new Instant Messaging and Presence Technology.

Barry came to Critical Path when Isocor was acquired in 2000. Prior to Isocor, he spent 7 years at Retix, where he worked in the European development center – in both development and professional services roles – on communication technology projects including development, integration and deployment of Retix communication software to major telecommunications providers and OEM's in the US, UK and Japan.

Barry earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Trinity College in Dublin.

Chief Financial Officer — Tim Noel

Tim Noel joined Critical Path in May 2004. Prior to becoming Chief Financial Officer, Tim served as Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller. As CFO, Tim is responsible for overseeing worldwide finance and human resource operations. During his tenure with Critical Path, Tim has been responsible for the corporate public company's financial operations, investor relations and was instrumental in the Company's privatization and restructuring initiatives including the sale of its hosted messaging business assets and aligning the Company's cost structure for growth and profitability.

Prior to joining Critical Path, Tim was Corporate Controller of Netopia, Inc. from 2003 to 2004 and served in other various capacities in the finance department since 1994. Before that, he held various positions within the finance department of Farallon Communications, Inc. from 1991 to 1994.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. Michael's College in Vermont.
