On April 29th, 2008, Critical Path became a private company, backed by its main shareholders, General Atlantic Partners and Cheung Kong Group.

On November 8th, 2010, Critical Path merged with Mirapoint Software Inc.

Governance

The business of Critical Path is conducted under the oversight of the Board of Directors who selects the Chairman of the Board and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The Board delegates to the CEO the authority and responsibility to manage the Company's operations.
